The Holstee Manifesto

I had never heard of the Holstee Manifesto until my friend Bree posted this video on her Facebook page.
From what I can tell, Holstee is a super-hipster company that sells some interesting stuff, but what I'm really interested in is their inspirational message in this video.

We all need to live life, be creative, and do more with the valuable time we've been given.

Here's the Holstee Manifesto in one graphic.
To the degree that you currently can, I hope you join me in heeding its charge and spirit.

So what is your passion, friend?

  1. I saw this manifesto on my friend's yoga bag (??) a few years back. I definitely agree with most of what they declare - (especially the "not enough time? stop watching tv."). My passions - travel (which I don't get to do nearly as often as I'd like), cooking, running. I'm going to run one race per month in 2012 - so I'm making progress! And the whole - "don't like your job? quit." is easier said than done, especially in this economy. But I didn't like some aspects of my job so I found a way to change it and now working from home full-time I really enjoy my job a lot more. :)

  2. I LOVE that!! I have tried to live my life like this everyday, since my dad passed away, because life IS short. I enjoy living my life to the fullest. I try everything! I don't let anything hold me back! Thanks for sharing, Aaron.

  3. I have this framed in my kitchen, but didn't know where it came from. Thank you for finding out for me!

  4. I love warm fuzzies when I watch this. My passion is to change the future by inspiring children today to have confidence in themselves and others to do good things and know they can make a difference in this world!
