A Fine Evening for Mocktails

It's good to get dolled up once in a while and have a fancy beverage.

Especially/even (depending on your view) if that fancy beverage is non-alcoholic.

I met up with some friends at a mocktail birthday party, and we had a great time.
I also was surprised to see a few old friends, including my pal Nancy, who I hadn't seen in 3 years since she moved back to Utah and ditched us DC-ers. Good to see you again!

    It had definitely been too long since the last sighting of DC pals but well worth the jaunt up the street. Next time, I'll try to not be a walking zombie by getting more rest *before the exhaustion that was that day. I'm sure I can speak for the rest of SLC when I say, welcome home, Aaron Smyth. Welcome home.

    I look forward to the many more adventurous stories you've been telling as of late.
