After weeks of sitting on my butt, followed by many more hobbling around, I finally got my boot off today! That's another big step towards recovery from this torn Achilles!
I now have a love/hate relationship with those Nike Free shoes. They are a great color, and they're wonderful for running and general wearing, but I will always remember that I was wearing them when I tore my Achilles playing basketball.
