Though I was cheering for the Patriots, I appreciate an exciting game and give props to the Giants and Eli Manning for pulling out the W. They deserve to celebrate.
My friend Staci hosted a Super Bowl party, and she made sure the food didn't disappoint.
But her display of the food was right on par with the quality of said vittles.

How did you celebrate watching the big game (and/or commercials)?
that's a pretty impressive snack setup. we celebrated the super bowl by...not watching it. we don't have tv and we didn't really know anyone watching it. so we caught the highlights (the commercials and the half-time show, of course) this morning on hulu!

ReplyDeleteWe (and by we I mean ME) lugged by too-big-to-take-anywhere-let-alone-fit-in-my-car lovesak over to Mr. Wonderful's parents to watch the game. There we partook of his awesome apple beer BBQ chicken, my ok pigs in blankets, and other Superbowl staples-chips and dip, veggies, and 7-dayer dip.
With a few exceptions the food was most exciting part of the evening for me-sad.
